Upon joining the Modern Beta server you are prompted with our rules and to type /accept to accept our rules before being able to play. If you do not follow our terms of service (rules) and get removed off our platforms, you will not be eligible for a refund. Breaking or rules is a decision done by you, not the Modern Beta staff team.
